Ring. Ring.
Sandy glanced at her phone for the fifth time. Unknown number again.
This time, she answered.
“Who’s this?”
“Don’t hang up.”
The voice sounded familiar, but Sandy couldn’t pinpoint a name.
“Don’t go to the pet cemetery tonight. If you go, you’ll die!”
Before Sandy could respond, the phone went dead.
What pet cemetery? She’d never been to one and never would.
She looked around for a video camera. It had to be a prank.
No laughter. No cameras. Just a cramp in her leg.
Ding. A text from her ex.
‘Hit and run. Presidio Pet Cemetery. Come quick!’
oh oh – great story!
It was inspired by a Chinese drama I was watching with the same title.
