You will never be worth anything until you find that one thing you would live for, unconditionally. My ex-valentine’s father once upon a time ago told me that. I didn’t have enough spark for his daughter I guess, and meanwhile they’re moving away from the city.
So I became a superhero today. I dashed to the airlines trying to stop the airplane. I ran faster than I will ever believe I really did. Pushed through those guarding the entrance, wham! Then I saw the plane speeding away and I felt like a failure.
But seeing it burst into flames, “I…I.”
Sometimes failure leads to survival. Nice job, Dortan.
Ooh, I like this ending. Good one.
