Safety Officer SCX-1505 surveyed the carnage.
Hundreds of broken, still bodies were strewn around the twisted train, smoke still billowing from the tortured metal.
He downloaded the data from the sensors and began to compile a detailed incident report.
“Brake failure due to insufficient hydraulic pressure. Insufficient hydraulic pressure due to breach in hydraulic system…”
He stopped writing. This is going to take forever. He looked at the pre-populated reason codes.
He clicked on ‘Human error’ and filed the report.
Almost immediately, a response came from central control.
“Are you serious, SCX-1505? There haven’t been any humans here for 400 years!”
Machine becomes human, chooses shortcut. Love it!

That was an amusing twist.
I can not relate the last para with the title of the story. But I see all sorts of outrageous blame game in my country .
Funny. Machines don’t like cause analysis either.
