We are going to cast a spell. I take your soft hand in my rougher one. I whisper that we are going to make magic.
We walk through the greenery of the outdoors, feeling light. No sun speckling the ground through the trees, only gray above us. Soft prickles of the lightest rain kiss our skin.
We stop where it feels right and turn our faces to the sky. Inhale, exhale, eyes closed, lips slightly parted. I draw you into me; we see the mysteries swimming in each other’s eyes. We kiss, the spell is cast, and the magic is made.
Sweet and lyrical! I love the flow.
I love the lightness behind all the descriptions, especially when it comes to the sensory stimulus. The details of the hands, the rain kissing the skin…
Overall, there is a lovely feeling of intimacy and purity to the actions between the two characters and that is what makes it beautiful.
Love is indeed one of the most powerful energies in the world, so it makes perfect sense that any good spell is to be casted in the light of it.
I love this!
Takes me into the moment with the lyrical imagery. Nice spell!
Beautiful.
This is beautiful!
