I had always wondered why youngsters are addicted to their mobiles—until my grandson taught me how to use one.
Now l keep mine with me all the time, recording the present for the future.
Today on my usual walk in Pagoda Park, I saw the sweetest sight imaginable: a silver-haired couple, their son and daughter-in-law and their newly married grandson and his bride posing for photographs. They made such a delightful sight that we all began clicking.
When I show these pictures to my family, perhaps my grandson will be inspired, and the next happy photograph taken will be ours?
Awwwwww!
So sweet and I love the hopefulness they have. I love that they are trying new tech but still wanting all the traditions of old.
Hello Rabab,
Very interesting flash. Well written. When viewing pix on FB, I often wonder if I am viewing objective reality or some subtle, subjective spin on the truth.
Thanks so much lndi , Nina and Cathryn. You have really made my day.
Thank you for taking time out to read my story.
A lovely story, Rebab.
