I can’t find the keys for my TU (Transportation Unit). I’ve looked everywhere.
I bet my PHU (Personal Housekeeping Unit) knows something. I’d ask, but the damned robot hates me.
The only choice is temporary inhabitation. And for that I’ll need the Red Book with the transmogrification codes.
I recite the lines and am whisked inside the PHU’s body.
Something tells me the Hoover, the Hoover! I spot the beast in the corner, hiding. I disembowel it, and among the viscera is a ringlet with my keys. Mission accomplished.
But damn! I’ve lost the Red Book. I’ll be in housekeeping forever!
Good housekeeping, Redbook, Hoover, Dyson….what madness, comrade Conrad!
And PHU-ee on your TUtu, too.
All you really need in order to find the little Red Book is to do what I do: sing the magic song, and it will appear. If you have forgotten the words to the magic song, they are: “Pappa-Oo-Mao-Mao..Pappa-Oo-Mao-Mao”…and you may listen to the song itself on YouTube performed by The Deviants, The Beach Boys, or others, depending on your musical taste. Good luck.
terrifically entertaining!
The horror, the horror!
Amazing, my friend. You never fail to write good, solid, entertaining WINNERS! Welcome to the technological age. Makes you want to throw up sometimes, doesn’t it. But how would we live without all our gadgets?????
Exceedingly clever and entertaining!
But who did the ringlet belong to?!! There’s the real mystery! Is murder afoot?! Or a kneecap?
I’m slow at present, so pardon the crawl generally *bows*
