By Christine Procter
Her bones itch for discovery. They have metal detectors and the tools to excavate. It’s not the find they think it is. Tape surrounds her waiting place. It was never her resting place. The ground has imprisoned her for centuries, keeping the foolish safe. The time of the ignorant is about to end. Excitement vibrates the air as they dig and brush. The skin of soil will tear, and then she’ll rise again. Self-mastery will be extinguished. A new master is on the rise. Pain will be the new currency and death a release few will attain. And the earth breaks.
Wow, I love this! So powerful ?

I enjoyed it a lot.
It’s great Christine! Definitely an intriguing start to what could be an exciting read.
Simply brilliant. Reads like a prologue to a horror story.
Excellent.
It sounds like the preview to an eight part movie with a terrifying yet hilarious antagonist. *Shudder* Delicious chill.
