Llewelyn believed his sudden inability to remember any stage of his life prior to his debut year in the ring to be the result of a concussion. He did get punched in the face for a living.
After one round with Llewelyn, his opponents would consider a concussion getting off lightly.
“What are you worrying about the past for? Curiosity doesn’t suit that empty head of yours,” his trainer, Seb, told him.
Llewelyn didn’t respond. Seb worried he had overstepped the mark. The week-long adjustment period wasn’t the only downside to black market androids, but it certainly was the most inconvenient.
