I stood on my own two feet after my grandmother passed. Got married and shared it all with the Lord. Still that pattern returns eventually, and down goes the next person close to me.
Did I have another mental relapse? She hung herself as if she went to prison.
Although that nearly destroyed me, alone, I just had to try once more.
Again, only tragedy.
“Something in the other world doesn’t like me,” I told the doc. “Give me something.” And he did.
Laughter echoes over the graveyard. It won, whatever was pulling me. It was something I could never escape.
