15 ounces of ground pork.
3 cups of chopped cabbage.
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of ginger.
4 teaspoons of sesame oil?
This recipe serves three people, so that makes 8 teaspoons for six people? No, that’s too much. I’m only feeding five.
4 teaspoons for three people means 2 teaspoons for 1.5 people…but how can there be .5 of a person? Would I cut them across or down the middle?
Never mind. 4 teaspoons divided by three people is 1.333333333 teaspoons for one person which is equal to 6.66666667 teaspoons for five people…right?
Screw it. A few squirts of sesame oil.
As someone who is prone to overthinking things, this makes me feel so recognised lol.
Been there. Done that. Love it!
Perfect encapsulation of an over thinker.
