The airplane lurched sharply sideways then plunged towards the ground, slamming the refreshment cart against the aisle seats and hurling the flight attendant Jessica into Brandon’s lap.
At that very moment, Brandon and Jessica looked into each other’s eyes and suddenly realized they were madly in love. There was no need to say, “until death do us part” because the words were repeated with each rapid beat of their hearts. Their hands intertwined, their pulses electric.
Other passengers shrieked with terror as the plane rapidly fell from the sky. But Brandon and Jessica kissed passionately, knowing that true love conquers all.
Very cute
A tragi-comedy, great fun to read, and a nice spin on a horrific event. It doesn’t sound as if there’ll be a ‘happy ever after’ for this couple!

To Me this was a rollercoaster. The plane lurched and I thought it was going to crash. The refreshment cart slammed, so I thought it was not a serious problem. It was a meet cute after all. And it was except….
