The more Emolia thinks about becoming a mail-order bride, the more she thinks about shipping. The company likely doesn’t spring for first class. Even at bulk rate, a woman mailed would be expensive. COD, and she might be refused, were uninformed kin to answer the door. The industry must have some means of getting her and other brides accurately through the postal system. Perhaps dehydration? She might arrive in a canister, the purchaser spreading her on the lawn, applying a garden hose, and she reanimating from powder to person. For the transition, what should she wear: bathing suit or travel sheath?
