Hitman, Lex, calls Governor before letting the killer dogs loose into the house.

“I’ll be there in a few.” Lex follows and is surprised to see the father speaking with his daughter, both still alive, the dogs beside them.

“All of us weren’t bad. It’s not for enjoyment.” Their skin melts, leaving two small creatures who then run toward the back door. Lex opens it. He and the daughter lock eyes before the creatures disappear.

Moments after, Lex is with Governor and he pats Lex on the shoulder.

“It took my younger cousin’s life. You did the world a favor. Smile.”
