Stupid machine. I only bought it because of the doctor. “You can’t be shoveling snow anymore. I’m afraid your heart just isn’t strong enough for that kind of stress.” Well, I wasn’t about to pay some kid with a truck to plow me out every time we got a couple of inches.
Now here I am at the bottom of the driveway, two hundred yards from the garage, and the damn thing quits on me. I wonder if the doctor would think my heart is strong enough to push it that far. I suppose there’s only one way to find out.
Funny, stupid, and revealing. All in one quick read. Good job!
I like this story that leaves it up to the reader to determine what the outcome might be. Good job, Simon!
Very relatable. Loved it.
