Talbert spiritually springs from his rack, but in reality, he unkinks. Exercised and fueled with oatmeal, raisins, and nuts, he manages the physique of a junior man.
“Well, for that you will need…” imparts the Lowe’s part-timing Talbert, roundly acquainted with the handyman arts.
Nearby commotion ensues as a gunwoman gestures. “Empty the drawer in a bag.”
“Yes, ma’am,” responds the composed cashier.
Talbert realizes all. He leaps upon the gunwoman.
The shooter discharges a pellet that skims Talbert’s abdomen. The wound is non-life-threatening.

“I saw, knew right away what to do,” narrates the elated Talbert, bathing in his anecdotal riches.
A Renaissance Man indeed is good old Talbert. Good job, Jeffrey.
