It was a joyous night for Rob and Joe at the premiere of the new Star Wars movie. They were dressed in nerdy Darth Vader capes, with tickets they’d purchased a month in advance.
“It’s about to start,” Rob whispered with oomph in his voice.
As the famous music began, the film darkened and died. People booed and threw popcorn at the screen.
“Oh my God!” Joe screamed.
After several minutes the film reappeared in all its glory, and the audience cheered. The ushers glanced out the doors and sighed in relief. At least it wouldn’t be snowing inside the theater.
A perfect example of “All’s well that ends well.” Good story, Lisa.
Thank you!
