God created man on the sixth day.
He rested on the following day. On the eighth day, while gazing at his creation, He got bored.
On the ninth day, He glanced at the future of man but got filled with wrath.
On the tenth day, He thought of ways to punish the most rotten among them.
On the eleventh day, He unleashed the power of nature. Hurricanes.
His wrath, rain overflowing in torrents, taught them a lesson and made them obedient.
He showed them violent winds from his rage.
On the next day, He would decide whether to continue the experiment.
The switch from singular (man) to plural (them) is distracting.
I suspect it will take more than hurricanes. Nice try though.
On the money, brief and pithy.
I love the ending, “to continue the experiment…”
