I joined a website (guess its identity) to receive daily flash fiction stories and got one every day.
But I let them accumulate, did not read as they arrived.
Today I received a message from the website, more precisely, its computer. It read, ‘It looks like you have not clicked on any stories in a while. If you still want to receive these emails, please click on any of the stories.’
Why is the computer programmed to send this message? Is Big Brother, a.k.a. the website’s computer, watching my reading habits?
I will read a story each day to be safe.

Inspiration comes from anywhere. Loved that one.
I too began to read the stories because the computer need not stop sending the stories.
