Two strangers start dancing at the ball, mesmerized by the music and one another’s beauty. They decide to meet tomorrow, no time to waste. Marriage soon follows. The lovestruck husband composes a song for his lovely wife. He sings it at one of the balls, right in front of everyone. She listens, smiling, from their table. Sixty years later, the now-wrinkled man still sings to her. Unlike that famous ball in the past, it is just him and her now, all alone in a modest room. He sings, with tears rolling down his cheeks, and she listens, smiling, from the photograph.
