Another Tuesday of back-to-back meetings. Every workday I spend at least eight hours or more discussing content that should take thirty minutes.
My weekend is already committed to completing my expenses and getting caught up on reports. My wife will be upset and my kids will feel neglected. Our house is too extravagant and we have more cars than we need. I do question the sacrifices, but I still arise every morning and immediately jump on conference calls to discuss problems and opportunities.
I sat down with my boss for an annual review last week. I received a rating of average.
