When I see you standing by the doorway, I feel a wave of relief. I was afraid you might not be there at all. Some people walk straight past you as if you are invisible or unimportant, but not me. You make me feel safe and able to carry on, quieting my fears, protecting me from danger.
I walk towards you with arms outstretched. Your cool gel drops onto the palms of my hands and I gently rub them together. They’re cleansed and shielded by your transparent screen. In these strange times, itโs reassuring to find sanitizer at every shop entrance.
A lovely picture created!
Perfectly written. A brilliantly original take on covid.
Good one. Liked it very much.
Excellent full of feelings A great example of showing not telling
Ode to a Sanitizer Dispenser? Love it. ๐
You got me! This is perfect!
Lines show the lively picture. The outstanding setting of plot, scene, and sensuous words. Well done! Oliver.
Great concept. Maybe doesn’t even need the last line?
Good one, very relatable. The surprising misdirection was cleverly set up.
