I know that the time has come. I will be the first one to go. And my batchmates will follow soon, no doubt.
Surprisingly, the time is natural, despite all the dangers we faced early on. Drilling was never easy, and building underground was even tougher with the limited resources.
But of course you know all the history. Of the grit we early settlers had, and of the sheer willpower that saw us through.
Keep aside all the space hazards. What we really feared was death before completing the electric crematorium.
Because you cannot just bury a body on the moon.
Really cool. Really liked this. The last line was chilling!
Thank you!
entertaining
Wow! Never thought about cremation on the moon! Shared the story with my 8-year old! He is fascinated that you made a story in 101 words about this!
Thank you very much!
